Glenlee Guest House provides bed and breakfast (B&B) or half-board accommodation in Swanage with a friendly, personal touch. Glenlee's warm and comfortable lounge provides ample space to unwind with a book, browse the papers and magazines, chat over a drink or play games. And then there's the sun porch for total relaxation. Guests can buy snacks or extra bottles of water from the honesty shop.

Meals

We pride ourselves on our home-cooked food made from local produce. Start the day with a delicious breakfast. Sandwiches can be made to order to take out or eat in for lunch (please let us know in advance). Later, you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cool beer before tucking into a traditional evening meal (except Wednesdays).

Step through the sun porch from Glenlee's guest lounge and you'll find yourself out on the delightful south-facing patio, surrounded by various blooms and fragrant roses, where you can settle back on one of the loveseats with a refreshing cuppa or glass of wine and look out towards Beach Gardens.

Swanage

Swanage has one of the cleanest, safest award-winning beaches on the South Coast just a five-minute walk from Glenlee. You can swim, go for a stroll along the pier or take a boat trip to Poole or to view the Jurassic Coast, the World Heritage Site that starts at Old Harry Rocks near Swanage and ends at Orcombe Point, Devon.

Early morning yoga may or may not be your thing. However, Glenlee's pretty front garden, with its well-stocked flower beds and neat lawn, provide a immediate oasis of tranquillity where guests can be as energetic – or not – as they like. Or just watch the tennis in the park across the road.
